WHAT DOES MY FIRST FREE SESSION INCLUDE?

Your first free session includes: 

  • Short medical questionnaire/ workout history

  • Goal setting and planning

  • Movement analysis

  • Introductory workout

  • Instruction on how to take your own measurements

  • Equipment overview 

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION LOOK LIKE?

A typical session will include a

  • dynamic warm up 

  • strength training with kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands & your own body weight, depending on what you have available 

  • high intensity intervals or metabolic finisher

  • cool down & stretch 

Workouts will vary from client to client based on individual goals & abilities.

DO I NEED MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

No weights? No problem. 

You can get a great workout with nothing but your own bodyweight & things around your house. However, equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells & resistance bands allow for more exercise variety & accelerated results. If you are interested in getting your own equipment, I can point you in the right direction.

CAN I TRAIN WITH A PARTNER OR WITH A GROUP?

 Yes! Working out with others can be a great way to keep motivation levels high and push yourself harder. Group and partner rates are available.

I'VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Absolutely. We are experienced in training with everyone from first time trainees to advanced athletes. It’s never too late to begin your fitness journey and completely change your life!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?

Nutrition plays a huge role in the success of your fitness program. We will do anything we can to help you reach your goals including FREE nutritional guidance!
